Glass Murals: Stained and Etched

Helen Webber has created over a dozen etched and stained glass murals public spaces. The etched glass combines etched and sculpted glass with painting on the reverse side.

Metal Sculptures

These pieces represent a few examples
of the 24 sculptures Helen Webber has created in
painted metal for private and public spaces.
Her pieces have combined aluminum, steel, copper and brass.

Sculpted Clay Tile and Stone Castings

Helen Webber has created more than twenty four sculpted tile murals,
ranging in size from 10 feet wide to 24 feet wide.
The tiles are 6" square and have an average depth of up to 4 inches.

Not shown are two more  stone cast murals,
and a group of six smaller castings for residential spaces.

Wood

The wood pieces are treated much like Webber's fabric collages. After the panels have been created in various levels, many textured wood veneers are glued onto these surfaces almost as if they were fabric pieces. The surfaces are wiped with color so that the grains shows through.
